Ultimate Personal Finance Resources List

The goal of this post is to share with you all personal finance resources that I personally use and love. These resources can include services, sites, and products. They have helped me tremendously as an individual passionate about personal finance and a blogger. I will be constantly updating this post to share more tools as I discover them!

Blogging Resources

Bluehost

Bluehost is one of the largest website hosting providers and powers millions of websites. It is the backbone of this site, bellawanana.com. Check out my Bluehost review to learn more about my experience!

They offer:

  • FREE domain name for 1st year
  • FREE SSL certificate
  • 1-Click WordPress install

Canva

Canva is a graphic design platform that allows users to create social media graphics, presentations, posters and other visual content.

Personally, I use Canva to design my pins for my Pinterest account. Canva has many pre-loaded designs, and I am confident that you will find something you need.

Canva has a free version, which is what I started with. I encourage you guys to check it out! They also have a fancier, more powerful version called Canva Pro, which offers a lot more flexibility than the free version.

Media.net

Media.net is a leading global advertising company. By revenue, it is the second largest contextual advertising business worldwide.

Media.net is the first advertising network that I signed up for. What I like the most about it is that you have a dedicated account manager who actually takes the time to answer your questions. As a blogger who was just starting out, I had many questions, and the account manager was both patient and fast in her responses.

If you want to give it a try, use my link here to get a bonus of 10% over and above your regular earnings for 3 months.

Ad Inserter

Ad Inserter is a free (with a Pro version) WordPress plugin that makes it easier for you to manage ads you display on your site.

I find it particularly useful if you want to display ads, such as those from Google Adsense or Media.net, repeatedly within your posts. I especially appreciate how much flexibility it provides that allows you to specify the positioning of the ads to optimize exposure and user experience.
